Purchased from the Vaughan, Ontario location — twice delivered broken!! We ordered a coffee table from Structube. It arrived broken. After a week of follow-ups, they replaced it — and the second one arrived with multiple broken pieces as well. Customer service showed zero accountability: • No apology • No empathy • No proactive follow-up After wasting weeks of our time, we were told that they would not pick up the damaged item and that we had to return it to the store ourselves, despite the damage being entirely their fault. This was a stressful, exhausting, and unprofessional experience. I strongly advise against buying from this brand.
We have always liked Structube, however our lasts purchases we notice the quality and costumer service fall short of expectations, I purchased an accent chair which had to be returned twice, the first one was defective on the legs and not only I had to wait more than one month to get a used item. One of the dining chairs purchased not even 5 months ago, the stitches are coming out.
Beautiful farm with lots of activities for kids and adults, including corn hole, slides, farm animals, food stalls, and a beautiful wagon ride to the farm for pick-your-own! The lavender farm is absolutely breathtaking.
Needed a missing part emailed the store and within an hour they returned my call and where able to get me what I needed. Thanks so much for the great service Adam.
One star is even too high for these people. Firstly they never answer their phone my wife ordered a few things and was told it would be delivered in November, then later was told December, now told January because of a shipping issue. Another issue is we needed to return something and they charged us $50 however will not compensate based on the extended delivery promised date. I would like someone from your head office to contact me.
I have visited this location 3 times now, and every time I have not been greeted by one staff member. The first time in here there were 6 staff members 4 of which who were standing behind the desk not doing a thing but chatting with one another and not one person said hello to us. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. By far one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. I am wanting to purchase all of my furniture from Structube (Bed. Couch. Table and chairs) and have visited 3 Structube locations and have had the same experience at each location. No one greets you or asks if you need assistance. I have had the same associate walk by me multiple times and not even acknowledge me. I have spent long periods of time in these stores and yet no one seems to care. I guess they don't make a commission because customer service is really something Structube lacks in. I would have purchased my furniture already but have been so turned off by the customer service of their employees that I am reconsidering this store all together. Structube you need to really do better as a customer service experience truly can change a customer's mind on purchasing from you. I may have to take my business elsewhere.
There staff didn't even helped me. And I was in my work clothes. Was ready to put a down payment on a new bedroom set. Need to be more helpful to people who are coming in your store.
