Love our new sofa ! It's exactly what we looking for. It fits perfectly in our living room and feels very well-made and the cushions also are the perfect balance of firm and soft. It was outstanding for the price, and the entire purchasing process was smooth from start to finish. The in-store experience was excellent; our salesperson, Yagoub was knowledgeable and patient, with zero sales pressure. Delivery was also a breeze - arrived on time, and set everything up with care. My experience with Enzo Furniture has been overwhelmingly negative, and the level of incompetence displayed throughout this process is astonishing. The initial installation was completely unacceptable: the team arrived without proper tools, left the chairs unstable, and the legs and arms shifted with the slightest pressure. It was clear they had no command of what they were doing. They had previously taken responsibility for an existing damage, yet their idea of a “touch-up” was to apply black Sharpie on a gray chair. That alone speaks volumes about the standards this company operates under. When a technician was finally sent, he arrived offering excuses rather than solutions. He repeatedly banged the first chair against my front door frame, and we had to intervene to prevent the same from happening to the second chair. This wasn’t an accident — it was careless handling. What happened next was even more concerning. On his return visit, as he approached the house, he dropped the chair hard on the concrete walkway. When I pointed it out, he laughed and changed the subject, showing absolutely no accountability. Because of this, the arms now have additional scratches on top of the original issue. Enzo Furniture has demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism, care, and respect for both their product and their customers. Their customer service is dismissive, their workmanship is inadequate, and their handling of furniture is entirely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This company has made it clear that quality, responsibility, and basic professionalism are not part of their business model.
