Terrible. I don't usually write bad reviews but my experience with this IKEA was terrible. My product was delivered only for the assembly guys to tell me they couldn't set it up because it was broken. Fine. After spending HOURS waiting for a representative to speak to (they're so understaffed at the phone it's actually insane, and they put the onus on you after they mess up) I got a new time, and so I waited about 2.5 weeks till they could deliver and assemble me a new desk (I'm a university student), which is absurd. Right as my re-delivery time approached, I'm talking to the minute, I got a call saying the delivery could not be done on the day. So they rescheduled my delivery again, to only a solid 1.5 months after purchasing the item They give you these absolutely crazy 4 hour windows, and you have to be at home for them, and when you call the representatives they have no idea where the deliverers are at, so the time is completely random. Now, I'm waiting for the delivery guys to re-deliver my desk that they messed up, I've had no help on the phone, and I've been without a desk for the first 4 weeks of the term. Thanks guys! I have no rational incentive to come on here and vent without a very valid reason, and this IKEA has actually been so bad on the phones, with delivery, and with customer service that I've had no choice but to come on here. They've got decent quality, cheap stuff, but the customer service is abhorrent. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their customer service is brutal.
I had a great experience in the store, the people were absolutely lovely, but in terms of actually getting my products delivered I cant say enough how awful our experience has been. We have set 3 dates for delivery after literally 8 hours on hold with IKEA explaining the receipt of partial orders and missing products. Every tine we call back theres no history of the conversations weve had. We came home early from a vacation for the last date and they didnt show up. The last time we called we were told our order was cancelled and after 2 hours trying to work through this the customer service rep hung up on my husband in error. Honestly Ive never had such a terrible customer service experience and Ive never posted a negative review of any business but this is warranted. We still havent resolved this issue and I continue to have a 2 year old without a bed....
Always a great place to shop and especially eat. The food is of high quality and the portion size is just right. Service is always nice and pleasant. Totally recommend this place if you want a decent meal and a great price.Another great visit. The wireless cell phone charger is GREAT!!
Pretty big store like others. I like the arrangement and helping staff. Has lots of parking space. Also good clearance area. Lot of cash counters and also self checkout. They also had a food area with tasty treats. Love this store.
Love, love, love this store. I bought a new 10 ft closet organization system and love it. The staff were very helpful and took the time to walk me to the various displays to explain how certain things worked. I was also able to use the computer program to design what I wanted. This then allowed for a list of the items. In the end, we paid an extra $20 for the staff to pick all of the items off of the shelves. When it was ready, we received a text and went to pickup the 2 carts at the service desk. That made it so much easier.
