Selene Furniture has beautiful sofas, but horrendous service. The delivery team was extremely rude to me, and damaged my wall. When I called the store, I was told “we stand behind our delivery team.” Then I demanded to speak to the owner. He was just rude and obnoxious! Didn’t even have the courteous to offer a solution or to fix my wall. Instead he told me, “I have a customer waiting for me.” Please save yourself the aggravation and spend your money somewhere else. Dear Selene Owner, you are forgetting to mention that you offered no resolution or apology. You only apologised when you asked me what I wanted, I said an apology, that’s when you apologised. You are forgetting I am also a customer, or was a customer. Not anymore! Absolutely dreadful service! Furthermore, your delivery team damaged my wall. They also accused me of not paying for the sofa before delivery, when in fact your company agreed to accept cash on delivery. Now I am left with a nasty experience from Selene Furniture, and accused of running my mouth when I am speaking the truth. Is this how you treat your paying customers? Please think twice before spending your time and money here.
