I wish I could give a zero star. I haven’t even been in the clinic yet but just off my conversation on the phone with the receptionist I will not recommend to my enemies even. Very rude and shunning I don’t know what’s making her life so miserable that she has to take it out on other but I hope she finds some form of happiness somewhere. Holy Christ
If there was an award for worst and most rude receptionist, this clinic would win it by a landslide. “Appointments” are just arbitrary here, so don’t bother making one because you’ll wait several hours past your appointment time anyways. The doctor herself is great, but the clinic functions terribly due to the front desk receptionist. Avoid, avoid, avoid. For management, do yourself a favour and please fire the front desk lady, she has no respect for people or her job and needs to learn how to talk to people, and in the meantime should be unemployed or behalf of all patients.
Called the clinic to let them know that I wouldn’t be able to make it to my appointment due to being ill. I was told that they were going to close my file and send it back to my family doctor and I would not be able to get a referral back at their clinic due to not being able to give them a 48 hour notice. How was I supposed to know that I was going to get 48 hours before? Avoid this clinic if you can, they do not care about their patients
I needed stitches to my finger after a nasty kitchen cut and went to Ansley Grove Medical Center... Quick, convenient and professional service. I was in and out wuickly, where I would have had to wait several hours had I gone to the hospital.
The receiptionist is out of control. RUDE. why even bother dealing with people? I can tell she cleary does not want? I don't know who the owner of this walk in but you need to think about it for your customers. And if you are reading this stressed and I am the Karen, you clearly have issues with your life. Get help.
Amazing service. I've gone to many clinics for my weekly allergy shots and Irina is by far the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and takes care of her patients
When I overheard someone mention that this clinic got bad reviews on google I was shocked. I have been coming here for years and I have always been made to feel very comfortable and in good hands. I went for a physical today, march 2023, and my doctor (Dr. Bimesl) was very informative and kind as usual. This is a GREAT clinic and Dr. Bimesl is an excellent doctor :) I’d like to add that Dr.S (the walk in doctor) is also terrific. He took care of a problem I was having on the spot and did a great job. Thank you Dr.S and as usual, thank you Dr.B. Excellent clinic!
