Dr. Sarah was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She did not allow me to finish a single sentence and showed no interest in listening or understanding my concerns. Her behavior was appalling and lacked basic empathy and professionalism. It is honestly surprising that she is a practicing doctor, given how little care and respect she showed during the appointment.
I had a horrible experience with dr. Sarah. When I would open up to her about different problems I was concerned about, she would brush them off and do nothing to help me and would rush me. I would then go to a different doctor about the same issues and they would take me seriously and do different tests. This is very neglectful and should not be happening. If you care about your health I would completely advise not to see her.
I had a wonderful experience at Maple Clinic. The staff were welcoming, the doctors took the time to listen, and I never felt rushed. Everything was clean, organized, and professional. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received here. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family doctor or walk-in service!
Appointment scheduled for a certain time, waited a total of 3 hours (1hour there) but while waiting heard them let multiple people with earlier appointments in. Be adamant, and do not give benefit of the doubt, absolutely crazy.
Dr.Baburam is the best doctor ever. He is so kind and compassionate and will take his time to listen to your concerns. He is attentive and will listen to your concerns thoroughly without dismissing you like many other doctors do unfortunately. I am so grateful to get treated by him!!!
I am pleased to write an update on review I wrote 2 years ago. I have continued to come to see my family doctor, Dr. Barbarum at the clinic. My experience with staff has significantly improved and I am not longer feeling unwelcome. It is encouraging to see that things can change in the industry. I would like to rate my doctor a 4.5. Dr Barbarum is quite pleasant with great bedside manners. The clinic itself is a 3.5 because of wait time however, this maybe out of their control and due to systemic issues, (overload). This clinic has the most cold hearted receptionist one has ever seen. Maybe because I am a Black woman she always turn me away no matter what time I arrive. Dr Barbarum is my family doctor but I cannot get an appointment to see him. This woman has a personal hate for me. She is the only one there with this bad attitude. The only time I got in was when I sat in the waiting room crying. I would give this clinic a minus one because the level of service as can be seen from their ratings is extremely poor. They should hire some sympathetic intelligent staff for the front. Reception is great!
Dr Moharib is by far the most caring and thorough doctor on the planet! He treats his patients like gold and even asks you if you have any other concerns before he leaves the room. Absolute pleasure to visit this clinic and worth the wait. Thank you for the excellent care I have received over the last two years.
