I had a tick bite. Then having abdominal pain for more than weeks and Dr. Moore doesn't want to do tick releated test because she thinks that if it's not a tick disease, they may give them headache just because she sent me for a test! What kind of doctor could be that careless! I can't even sleep but she thinks that it's normal and there is nothing wrong and abdominal pain could be something else after tick bite!!!
We have been with Dr. Rawat for several years, and she has always been absolutely incredible - very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. She goes above and beyond for her patients and always takes the time to listen, explain, and provide the best care. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to be her patients, and now we are especially happy that our newborn son has her as his pediatrician. It gives us so much comfort and peace of mind knowing that he is in such good hands. Dr. Rawat treats every patient with respect and genuine compassion, and we truly feel supported and cared for. She is not only an amazing doctor but also a wonderful person!
Dr. Rawat is very good. She is kind, thorough and listens to your concerns. She makes an effort to ensure you feel comfortable and safe and has a great sense of humor. My observation has been that she forms good rapport with her patients. Thanks to everyone at Cityview Medical Centre, for a positive experience.
While I was talking to the assistant, I said I needed a family doctor. The doctor came and shouted and scolded me saying there is no family doctor here right now, go somewhere else. He is a very rude doctor. It is very bad that such rude people are doctors.
Really sad. Heard a lot of good things about the doctor. Tried to book an appointment with-her three times but every time receptionists were funding excuses not to book it or not to accept me as a walk-in.
Doctor Rawat is so kind, nice and thoughtful. She is an angel! I am so grateful that she accepted my family as her patients. My little daughter loves her so much.
As per their website: Family Practice and Walk-in Clinic Timings: Monday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday Closed However I came here on Oct 1st at 10am and was told the medical clinic does not open on Saturdays. Please update your website to reflect your accurate hours of operation. Gas and bus fare are not cheap.
