Excellent Experience at the Clinic From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Arlene and Sadia at the front desk. They were not only professional but also genuinely kind, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their patience and friendly attitude really stood out. I was then seen by Dr. Ahmad, who was thorough, attentive, and compassionate throughout my visit. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, and made me feel truly cared for as a patient. The clinic as a whole is very well-organized, with short wait times and a comfortable atmosphere. With such a supportive team at the desk and a knowledgeable, approachable doctor, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding service.
I walked into this clinic for ear pain I had been experiencing for some time, hoping to get answers. After examining me, Dr. Ahmad said both my ears looked completely fine and that nothing was wrong — but still prescribed me oral antibiotics, which didn’t make sense since ear infections are usually treated with ear drops. I wasn’t comfortable with that, so I went for a second opinion at another clinic. There, I was immediately told I did have an ear infection. This experience left me frustrated and concerned. Prescribing unnecessary medication while missing the actual problem is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic based on my visit.
I waited nearly 2 hours for the doctor to see me to administer a immunotherapy shot. A routine I've never had any issues with at other walk in clinics. When I was met with the doctor, he would bring up excuses as to why he won't administer it to me citing issues like health risk (this was understood by me when I had my first 30 shots from other clinics) and not being exactly 1 month apart (only 3 days). He refused to explain why and promptly left the room when I asked for an explanation.
I’ve been going to this medical centre for a while now and always had a great experience. The place is clean, organized, and the staff are super friendly and professional. I especially want to mention Arlene, the lab technician. She’s gentle, knows exactly what she’s doing, and makes the whole bloodwork process quick and stress-free. You can tell she really cares and takes pride in her work.
The worst ever clinic have been visited, very unprofessional reception and non ethical standards. They are just cashing services with unfair means. Making unnecessary appointments and if you get late few minutes for some reason they going to reschedule your appointment to cash it again.very very bad. I will never recommend to anyone
This clinic is clean, excellent customer service and provides good assessment. I wish it was a family doctor as well. Will recommend and less wait time.
