Waited one hour for the doctor to take two minutes to not look in my daughter’s ear properly and misdiagnose the problem. Spent money on an ear drop antibiotic and one week later my daughter was still in pain so I took her to the urgent care in Brampton. Off the rip, the urgent care said they had trouble seeing in her ear and said it needed to be flushed. After they flushed her ear the pain was gone and we were told to discontinue use of the ear drops. Wasted time and money coming here by simply not going to my regular walk-in clinic. Would not recommend. Pharmacy staff was very pleasant and helpful though.
Worst clinic and prepared to wait for 30 mins even if you have booked an appointment. Booked appointment at 10:30 and got our turn at 11:15. No care for other people time. Why book and appointment if you can’t handle the patients. Bolking an appointment is another hassle here, mostly receptionist wont pick up your call or put you on hold for 10 mins.
I don’t like to give negative reviews however, in this case it must be said.. I needed a clinic on a Sunday, this one had somewhat good reviews so I drove here as I was having major throat and ear pain. It’s a pharmacy and walk in clinic in one. The pharmacy shelves were pretty empty which I thought was weird. The receptionist was nice but she kept coughing and sneezing and was not wearing a mask. I was put in a room, the garbage can lid was open with no garbage bag and the place just seemed dirty. The dr came, he was nice and quickly checked me, saying I didn’t have an infection and prescribed me a mouth rinse. I used the bathroom and it was sooo dirty, I never seen a bathroom like that. If the bathroom is that dirty it makes you question everything else. I was the first patient there on a Sunday morning so it’s not like it was a busy day. Went home and I still felt awful, the mouth rinse wasn’t working. Come Monday, I still had a fever and severe sore throat pain. I went to my regular walk in clinic and sure enough I have a bad throat infection that required antibiotics. I appreciate a clinic being open on a Sunday, but maybe it goes to show these types of clinics are poorly run and need to be open 7 days a week. I don’t know. All I do know is that I will not be going back here. I gave two stars as the dr and reception were nice. But overall cleanliness and hygiene in a drs office is a must.
Came here for the first time as we were in the area and needed some care. Dr. Gurpersaud was very professional and so friendly. His concern and advice reminded me of my former family doctor who would always asked the personal questions to get a better understanding of what's going on. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Gurpersaud if it's an option.
Went for a walk in appointment where I met Dr. Gurpersaud who is the new doctor at this location. The services that I received from him was excellent. He is incredible, and extremely helpful, patient, and ensured that I was properly informed before I left the clinic. I highly recommend you visit this clinic whenever Dr. Gurperaud is scheduled as a few doctors work at this location. You may want to call the clinic the day you're going in, and confirm that Dr. Gurperaud is there. If not, ask for an appointment with him on his next available day. I highly recommend Dr. Gurpersaud!!! Don't believe the negative reviews this is an excellent walk in clinic!!!
Experienced really rude and biased behaviour on the hands of staff. The pharmacist does not let anyone in, half hour before closing time, be it for some general info only, and not an appointment. And the receptionist do whatever instructed by him. Moreover message from doctor was delivered to me standing in the centre of the hallway for all the other waiting patients to hear too. Where do all the professionalism go.
Hey I just need to confirm doctor gave me appointment for Monday I.e. today but they are closed. And it shows closed tomorrow as well. I have emergency to see my doctor what I can do… Please help me out!!!!
