Amazing clinic! Very bright and clean waiting area, kind and accommodating staff, and experts in their treatments! Felt welcomed, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Says online they open at 9am. I get there there at 9 am. Told by the receptionist there is no doctor till 9:40. Why have your website say you open at 9am. Will do my best to not come back here. Do not recommend! Btw, there is no reception in the office. Phones data doesn’t work there.
Really disappointed with the experience today. My mom’s appointment was at 11:30, but she didn’t see the doctor until 12:40. There’s no proper time management — people who come late seem to get in just as fast, while those who come on time are left waiting. It’s not fair and defeats the purpose of booking an appointment.
The service here is extremely disappointing — especially the delay in getting results from Alpha Labs. It’s honestly one of the worst lab experiences I’ve had. When you’re genuinely concerned and waiting anxiously for important results, they show no sense of urgency or care. They don’t call back or provide any updates. It feels like a complete waste of both my time and money. If you really care about your health n all Ill suggest don’t go here.
Absolutely love this clinic and staff there! The receptionist is professional, friendly, kind, and patient - qualities that is hard to find nowadays! Dr. Abdul Razzaq is incredible - he addressed all my needs in a timely manner, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is very clean and has pleasant ambience. Edit: The receptionist that works around 11 AM needs more training on customer service and more knowledge about services available. It’s a second time I’m having an encounter with her where she puts you on hold without letting you know or hangs up on the patient before even saying goodbye. Also She acts very annoyed by every question that is being asked. Very unpleasant Experience. However, the evening receptionist is wonderful.
The best walking clinic I have ever been to, the waiting time is very short and the reception is polite and excellent, the doctors are all excellent and if needed they easily refer to a specialist. Interestingly, all other facilities are in the same building including laboratory, ultrasound and x-ray. I highly recommend this place.
I visited this clinic on July 17 & 19 twice, and this is the best walk-in clinic I have been in the past 25 years since I moved to Canada. The people, front desk, the doctors, are all very nice and patient. I met 3 girls TURKANA, Preeti, Dunya who working in front desk, they are all workng with sweet smile. Two doctors, Dr. Anne on July 17, and Dr. Omoregie, Esosa, they all are professional and nice. Especially for Dr. Omoregie, Esosa, I asked him quite a few questions, if it's with my family doctor or other walk-in, they would become very inpatient. Definetely I will go to this Walk-in instead going to my family doctor if not nessasary.
