Very nice and clean facility. Very polite person at reception, doctor was attentive and helpful. The whole visit took less then half an hour. Definitely the place to keep in mind when need medical help.
No issues with the doctors but the receptionists are very nepotistic. Just make sure to pay attention to the queue because they can easily put someone else before you for walk in patients. Food for thought.
I came to this walk-in clinic because it was the only one open at the hour I needed to visit. I told the doctor I was having bad coughs and chest pains, and that I felt very weak. She took about 3 minutes to look in my throat and listen to my breathing, and then proceeded to tell me it’s nothing but a cough and it’s not contagious. I told her I have a small baby at home, and she said not to worry. I had a bad feeling about this. I went to another walk-in clinic the next day and they confirmed I had bronchitis and I was VERY contagious. The safety of my child is my number 1 priority — imagine I didn’t get a second opinion and I gave my baby bronchitis because this doctor told me I was fine?! What a joke. Also, since she told me I wasn’t contagious, I wasn’t taking necessary precautions and now my husband also got bronchitis as well, and neither of us can take care of our child. Please, do yourself a favour. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
Don’t go to this clinic!! After calling the walk-in to be sure they could see my daughter and confirm no appointment required and being told to walk-in as they close at 8. Drove all the way out there to get there for 6:35 and the lady at the desk says they can’t take us. She lied about not being the one to answer the phone when we recognized her voice. I re-explained what we were told. There were only 2 people and a child in the waiting room and she was not apologetic or willing to help. Worst customer service ever! It is no wonder this place has awful ratings. Y’all need to do better!! Extremely disappointed!!!
Just wow! Dr. Freedman is literally the best doctor I have ever come across. He takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn't rush you. He's so gentle with his words and makes you feel so comfortable. He went through my bloodwork so thoroughly and explained everything to me. So amazing. Best experience and I am so blessed that I came to this clinic. My children always come to this walk in and the other doctor. I wish I remembered his name is amazing with the kids and makes the kids feel so comfortable. Definitely a wonderful clinic and this is where I will always go for anything. Thank you! Also, the nurses and staff are so welcoming and polite.
Horrible walk in clinic!! Avoid at all cost. Better going to the emergency then going to this clinic. The receptionist are rude and speak poor poor English they give you attitude for asking them if there's walkin availability like hello you are a walk in clinic. Walk in learn basic English walking means you can take both Legs and walk right in to be seen.. At the end after waiting 20 minutes I was first in line they said no Dr today ohh how nice why did I wait 20 minutes for Medical service is 0 stay far far away if you want to catch covid visit this walk in.
Doctor Freeman and the doctor assistant are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Doctor Freeman cares about his patients very attentive and professional. I'm so glad to have him as my family doctor. The stuff as well they are extremely caring and they solve your issues quickly.
